Assistant Company Secretarial Executive cum Admin
Responsibilities :
• Assist with company secretary duties including preparing resolutions and maintaining statutory records
• Compiling meeting papers and coordinating meeting arrangements including preparation of agenda
• Ability to draft letters, memorandums and handle corporate matters
• To ensure proper maintenance of all secretarial and legal documents
• Liaise withthe Company Secretary on secretarial matters.
• Assist in administrative work
Requirements :
• Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ICSA) qualification or finalist
• Familiar with the Companies Act, 1965 requirements
• At least 2-3 years of experience in company secretarial work
• Good command of both written and spoken English
• Able to multi-task and work independently with minimum supervision
• Computer literate
• Pleasant personality and positive attitude
