Operations & Efficiency
-Oversee daily workshop operations and appointment rates.
-Ensure SOP compliance and optimize manpower allocation.
-Track throughput, revenue, and SO targets.
-Customer & Service Quality
Monitor service advisor and CRA performance.
-Ensure proper customer handling, follow-ups, and feedback.
-Oversee QC, final inspections, and service completion within 45 minutes.
Parts & Inventory Management
-Ensure timely parts ordering and follow-ups.
-Monitor Parts ICC and workshop stock handling.
Staff Supervision & Compliance
-Conduct weekly staff evaluations and enforce SOP adherence.
-Ensure proper use of tools, workshop cleanliness, and parking rules.
Warranty & Recall Management
-Track recall & MQI progress and ensure timely warranty claims.
Process Improvement & Strategy
-Implement Gemba & Kaizen improvements.
-Optimize service shop loading and communication with CREs.
