2. Financial & Billing Management

~ Oversee billing, invoicing, and insurance claims processing.

~ Ensure accurate record-keeping and compliance with financial policies.

3. Human Resources & Staff Supervision

~ Recruit, train, and manage clinic staff, including receptionists, nurses, and support staff.

~ Conduct performance evaluations and provide training as needed.

~ Ensure staff adhere to medical ethics, confidentiality policies, and safety regulations.

4. Patient Relations & Customer Service

~ Ensure a high standard of patient care and satisfaction.
