Position Summary: The Finance Assistant Manager will support the Chief Financial Officer in overseeing financial operations, managing budgets, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying variances and recommending corrective actions.
  • Ensure accurate and timely finalization of balance sheet on monthly basis.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations.
  • Coordinate with external auditors.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
  • Manage cash flow, and oversee banking operations.
  • Collaborate with department heads to manage costs and improve financial performance.
  • Utilize financial software to streamline accounting and reporting processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance or accounting.
  • Strong knowledge of financial principles, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Proficiency in financial management software (e.g., SAP) and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
