Get to Know the Role

You will report to the Manager, Lending Operations. We are looking for someone with analytical and transformative mindset to be part of Grab Financial Group. You will support on the following operational tasks, working with teams within Grab and external partners and be passionate on process improvement and optimization.

This role is based in Petaling Jaya and working onsite.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

  • You will execute and monitor daily operations, from manual data input to monitor system stability. This includes the following:

a. Onboard new Lending Partners

b. Manage invoice submission.

c. Prepare and ensure disbursement is within Service level agreement.

d. Manage repayment process.

e. Prepare monthly reporting.

  • You will have a clear understanding of operations processes, be able to patch the processes into one big picture and grasp complex issues quickly. You are required to work with a dynamic team.
  • You will create, own, review, and enhance standard operating procedures for new and existing products.
  • You will manage when operations issues arise, to investigate, and work with teams including Product and Engineering to ensure delivery of resolutions.
  • You will support new product initiatives, this includes:

a. Highlighting potential area of enhancement / weakness of operations process

which potentially hinder on product sustainability.

b. Perform and validate UAT result.

c. Ensure deliverables from operations team.

  • You will manage continuous improvements initiatives and ideate process optimisation for overall lending operation to achieve greater operational efficiency.
  • You will have to work with business stakeholders for alignment and will be involved in multiple teams spanning across product, operations, research, analytics, and country marketing leads.
