  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Summary

Execute and conduct compliance assignments related to Mandatory Standard for Quality of Service (MSQoS) on 4G Wireless Broadband Access Service (BAS) to ensure high quality of service delivered by the telecommunication service providers.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Collect and assess quarterly MSQoS report to ensure compliance to MSQoS on 4G Wireless BAS;
  2. Liaise and collect measurement results for MSQoS on 4G Wireless BAS to ensure MSQoS database is up to date;
  3. Evaluate 4G quality complaint and liaise with State Office to conduct investigation in ensuring the public enjoys a satisfactory level of services;
  4. Evaluate current market on new QoS system and execute preparation of technical specifications for upcoming upgrade or replacement of QoS system; and
  5. Liaise with internal stakeholders and execute responsibilities as Compliance Champion for the department.

Qualifications & Work Experience

  • Candidate must have a BSc. In Electrical/Electronic Engineering from a reputable university with a minimum CGPA of 3.0
  • Registered to Board of Engineer Malaysia (BEM)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Electrical/Electronic Engineering field.
  • Radio frequency related activities either in telecommunication or broadcasting industry.
