JOB DESCRIPTION
The position will report to the Finance & Operations Manager (FOM).
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the FOM in day-to-day finance operations
- Processing of receivables on a daily basis and payables on a weekly basis
- Follow-up on outstanding issues with donors and vendors
- Work with the FOM to support the needs of other departments within the organisation
- Assist with daily office administration
- Carry out any other duties and responsibilities as assigned occasionally as and when required
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum Diploma in Accounting or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of related work experience
- Computer literate and skilled in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Honest, transparent, and can work with integrity
- Detailed and task-oriented
- Positive work attitude and ability to handle work pressure to meet datelines
- Good team player
