  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Collaborate with on-site project teams to conduct essential MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) drawing design based on project requirements.

Provide technical guidance on equipment type selection, material specifications, and construction methods for MEP systems according to design drawings.

Optimize MEP drawings and execute design modifications based on on-site conditions and practical constraints.

Support bidding projects by performing MEP quantity take-offs and cost estimation.

Address technical issues related to MEP systems during construction phases.

Complete other tasks assigned by management.

Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, HVAC, or related field.

3+ years of MEP design experience, preferably in large-scale complexes or high-rise buildings.

Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks; knowledge of energy simulation tools (e.g., IESVE) is a plus.

Bilingual proficiency (Mandarin/English) for international project collaboration.

Preferred SkillsK

Certified Mechanical/Electrical Engineer license.

Knowledge of Intelligent Building Management Systems (IBMS) or low-carbon design principles.
