Job Summary:

  • We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Audit cum Accounts Officer to join our dynamic team.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in audits, preparing financial statements, maintaining financial records, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Fresh graduates with relevant coursework or internships are welcome, but we prefer candidates with practical experience in accounting or auditing.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Assist in auditing financial statements, reports, and transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards.
    • Prepare and maintain financial records, including general ledger entries, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliation.
    • Perform accounting duties such as financial reporting, invoicing, and payroll processing.
    • Support external auditors during audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations.
    • Review financial data and suggest improvements or corrective actions as necessary.
    • Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.
    • Ensure adherence to tax regulations and support tax filing and reporting.
    • Handle general administrative duties and any other tasks assigned by the finance manager.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Preferably 1-2 years of relevant experience in accounting, auditing, or finance (but not mandatory).
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • Familiarity with accounting software (SQL, Autocant) is an advantage.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
