Job Responsibilities:

  • Formulating sales strategies and establishing objectives.
  • Generating leads and initiating contact with potential clients.
  • Engaging with customers and prospects through phone calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings.
  • Addressing and resolving inquiries and complaints from clients.
  • Drafting and preparing proposals and quotations.
  • Creating and managing customer relationship management (CRM) data.
  • Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales objectives.
  • Identifying potential clients and business opportunities through market analysis and networking efforts.

  • Cultivating and sustaining relationships with clients, keeping them informed about the company's products and services.
  • Preparing and presenting sales pitches to prospective clients.
  • Negotiating and finalizing sales agreements while ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Relaying client feedback to the product development team.
  • Striving to meet and surpass both individual and team sales goals.
  • Compiling sales reports, forecasting future sales trends, and conducting quarterly reviews and budget assessments.
  • Engaging in sales training and professional development initiatives.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure the smooth execution of sales orders and customer service.
  • Maintaining a comprehensive understanding of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape.

Job Requirements:

  • Ideally possess 8 to 10 years of pertinent experience within the semiconductor, electronics, and EMS sectors.
  • Prefer Enginering back ground.
  • Proficiency in sales analytics is required.
  • Demonstrate resilience under pressure to achieve sales objectives.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities are essential, along with evident leadership traits.
  • Familiarity with the semiconductor, electronics, and EMS industries in the Southeast Asia region is necessary.
  • The role requires the capacity to undertake business travel, and the candidate must hold a valid driving license and have access to a personal vehicle.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
