  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and tech-savvy IT Support Intern to assist our IT team in maintaining and improving our technology infrastructure. This internship provides hands-on experience in IT support, troubleshooting, and system administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  • Assist in setting up and configuring computers, printers, and other IT equipment.
  • Help maintain IT inventory and documentation.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve basic IT issues for employees.
  • Assist in system updates, backups, and security measures.
  • Support the IT team with ongoing projects and daily operations.
  • Perform other IT-related tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Basic knowledge of Windows, macOS, and networking concepts.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Eager to learn and adapt to new technologies.

Pay: RM900.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
