  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Overview

UCSI Schools is seeking a dedicated and innovative Expat ICT Teacher to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for teaching Information & Communication Technology (ICT), fostering digital literacy, and equipping students with essential computing, coding, and problem-solving skills in a dynamic learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver engaging ICT lessons that develop students’ skills in computer science, programming, digital literacy, and technology applications.
  • Teach fundamental coding, robotics, web development, and cybersecurity concepts.
  • Encourage critical thinking, problem-solving, and creativity through project-based learning.
  • Integrate emerging technologies such as AI, cloud computing, and IoT into lessons.
  • Assess student progress through assignments, projects, and reports while providing constructive feedback.
  • Ensure a safe and structured digital learning environment.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the school's STEM and ICT curriculum.
  • Participate in school activities, including extracurricular programs and school events.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Education, or a related field.
  • Teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, B.Ed, or equivalent).
  • Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in ICT, Computer Science, or related subjects.
  • Experience with programming languages (Python, Java, Scratch, etc.), web development, and educational software.
  • Strong classroom management and communication skills.
  • Experience teaching the Cambridge ICT curriculum (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Passion for technology, digital innovation, and student engagement.
