Tasks & responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls and customer enquiries.
- Monitor sales support activities and ensure smooth processes.
- Review daily customer orders against output planning and inventory levels to ensure order fulfilment.
- Process customer enquiries, quotations, sales orders, delivery, and invoice billing.
- Liaise with the warehouse and logistics department to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Collaborate with sales representatives and internal departments.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
We are looking for a Sales Coordinator / Invoicing Clerk who can speak/write Mandarin to join our team.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Candidate must possess at least a SPM, STPM, Diploma or Degree, in any field
- Required languages: Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, English.
- At least 1 year of relevant working experience.
- Proficient in using Auto-count, Microsoft Excel, and Word is a must.
- Experience in FMCG wholesale and retail operations is advantageous.
- Willing to work in Tengkera, Melaka
