Tasks & responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls and customer enquiries.
  • Monitor sales support activities and ensure smooth processes.
  • Review daily customer orders against output planning and inventory levels to ensure order fulfilment.
  • Process customer enquiries, quotations, sales orders, delivery, and invoice billing.
  • Liaise with the warehouse and logistics department to ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Collaborate with sales representatives and internal departments.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

We are looking for a Sales Coordinator / Invoicing Clerk who can speak/write Mandarin to join our team.

  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Candidate must possess at least a SPM, STPM, Diploma or Degree, in any field
  • Required languages: Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, English.
  • At least 1 year of relevant working experience.
  • Proficient in using Auto-count, Microsoft Excel, and Word is a must.
  • Experience in FMCG wholesale and retail operations is advantageous.
  • Willing to work in Tengkera, Melaka
