  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to management team, including scheduling appointment, managing correspondence, and maintain details record.
  • Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
  • Coordinate and organize office operation, such as ordering supplies, managing inventory, office cleaning and fund collecting.
  • Act as the first point of contact for incoming visitors and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Support the implementation of administrative processes and procedures to enhance efficiency
  • Undertake any other ad-hoc administrative tasks as required by management team
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize task and work under pressure
  • Strong communication skill and interpersonal skills with a professional and friendly demeanor.
  • Proficient in Microsoft office (word, excel, PowerPoint) and experience with office equipment
  • A team player with positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
