- Provide comprehensive administrative support to management team, including scheduling appointment, managing correspondence, and maintain details record.
- Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
- Coordinate and organize office operation, such as ordering supplies, managing inventory, office cleaning and fund collecting.
- Act as the first point of contact for incoming visitors and providing exceptional customer service.
- Support the implementation of administrative processes and procedures to enhance efficiency
- Undertake any other ad-hoc administrative tasks as required by management team
- At least 2-3 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize task and work under pressure
- Strong communication skill and interpersonal skills with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Proficient in Microsoft office (word, excel, PowerPoint) and experience with office equipment
- A team player with positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin.
