  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

· To direct and coordinate activities concerned with the workshop operation of a service center through the performance of the duties personally or through the employees.

· To manage the workflow of the technicians in the workshop and is responsible to assist the Workshop Manager to oversee l the activities.

· To act as second in command in the workshop when the Workshop Manager is not around.

· To monitor the time when work is carried out and ensure it is completed on time.

· To manage all workshop activities including, diagnosing faults, repairs and servicing of vehicles to the standard.

· To carry out managerial responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.

· To focus on the productivity and efficiency of the workshop by correctly determining the problems with the vehicles and determining the repair time as per the EON AUTO MART standard.

· To screen and monitor competent personnel, ensure replacement parts are correct and monitor the crew's work performance to make sure they adhere to quality assurance guidelines.

· To keep the center clean and operating safely and in accordance with local, state and federal guidelines regarding hazardous materials handling and disposal.

· To ensure EON AUTO MART 7 Core Service Process is practiced at the workshop

· To ensure that all cars are promptly attended and completed within the specified time.

· To manage technician’s concerns/complaints efficiently.

· To strictly monitor and manage the disciplinary aspects of the technicians.

· To be responsible for the clock in and out for the jobs done by the technicians

· To ensure cleanliness and organization of workshop work area

· To ensuring the technicians complete all the repairs recorded and the Service Campaigns.

· To constantly monitor the technicians to complete the job on time.

· To ensure the warranty documents is complete when the repair job is completed.

· To ensure all repair orders upon completion, the repairs are correctly documented.

· To investigate any technician causing the delay to complete the repair as per the promise time

· To be responsible for the efficiency and productivity of the technicians.

· To maintain effective control of workshop floor work flow.

· To take corrective action where inadequate performance is suspected.

· To follow up on all outstanding issues.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
