We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Production Operations Assistant to join our dynamic team at Green Herbology Sdn Bhd a leading cosmetic product manufacturer. The successful candidate will play an essential role in assisting with production operations, ensuring that we maintain high standards of quality, efficiency, and compliance with GMP regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in coordinating production schedules to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Monitor and assist with raw material and inventory management.
  • Help with quality control by ensuring that products meet required standards.
  • Assist in maintaining and cleaning production equipment and the facility.
  • Provide administrative support by maintaining production reports, logs, and other documentation.
  • Support the production team with general tasks, ensuring a smooth workflow.
  • Help ensure that safety and health regulations are followed on the production floor.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferably with a background in manufacturing, cosmetics, or a related field).
  • At least 1 years of experience in a production or manufacturing support role, preferably in a GMP-certified environment.
  • Familiarity with GMP standards and safety protocols is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of production operations and quality control processes.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.).
