  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  5. Click JavaScript.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • To conduct quality inspections using proper equipment or techniques
  • To ensure all measuring equipment for inspection are well calibrated and working correctly.
  • To perform Start - Up and IPQC according to manual.
  • To perform regular In-Process Monitoring for all products.
  • To perform Final Quality Control on completed MO whenever necessary.
  • To know all product defects and provide advice on quality issues detected.
  • Keep updated on the equipment, jigs, fixtures and other facilities needed to perform daily QA jobs and inform superior the soonest whenever abnormality detected.
  • To assist Engineer/superior to embark process improvement projects
  • To train, guide, qualify, and supervise the subordinates on the daily routines when necessary.
  • Maintain all documentations related to inspection results and product quality (PM, WI, Check sheets, OPL) keep updated as per latest revision aligned with IMS latest revision as well as development of quality procedures & work instructions.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES REQUIRED:

  • Minimum Diploma in Mechanical, Material, Science or equivalent to Engineering fields.
  • At least 2 years working experiences as QA Technician preferably in precision engineering or plastic injection moulding.
  • Familiar with Non-Conformance flow, Process Audit, Machine/Product buy off, DMAIC, Parameter Optimization and other QC tools.
  • Familiar with measurement instruments or equipment, eg, measuring scope, CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine), etc

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
