Procurement Assistant
Work Location : Damansara Perdana (DPAC Empire Damansara)
Responsibilities
- Assist in the procurement process for materials, supplies, and services.
- Analyze invoices to ensure accurate product delivery and pricing.
- Maintain and update supplier information such as qualifications, delivery times, and product ranges.
- Assist in the negotiation of contracts and procurement terms with suppliers.
- Prepare and process purchase orders and purchase requisitions.
- Monitor the performance of suppliers, assessing their ability to meet quality and delivery requirements.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
- Communicate with suppliers and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Assist in inventory management and control.
- Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Familiarity with procurement software or Store Market Hub systems is preferred.
- Internship or relevant experience in procurement or supply chain is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
