  • Provide general administrative support to the PD / PM including word-processing, photocopying, arranging printing and photocopying by external printers, sending faxes and email message.
  • Maintain project files and archives.
  • Assists with clerical tasks to include typing, filing, proofreading, and data entry.
  • Assist in managing site staff claims and keep track of all employee attendance record for site and workers.
  • To ensure all leave application are monitored and updated.
  • Any other duties as assigned by the Superior and/or the Management.

Job Requirement:

  • Minimum Diploma education qualification.
  • At least 1 to 2 years working experience in administration. Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Have ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in preparing and entering information.
  • Willing to work in Segambut, KL
