Assistant Manager IT
Key accountabilities :-
1. Provide tier 2 & tier 3 support to Johawaki's end user environment. To escalate, take ownership and manageissues which require support or assistance of Johawaki's Technology partners
2. To maintain and supported along with site-based infrastructure including the coordination and support of a rolling replacement program ensuring all hardware is proactively repurposed where appropriate.
3. Proactively monitor and identify incidents of a similar nature, suggesting and leading on recommendations to reduce likelihood or impact.
4. Identify working processes or policy improvements and propose changes to the Head of IT.
5. Complete regular site visits throughout Johawaki's to provide support issues.
6. Support the delivery of major IT and organisation wide changes projects.
7. Undertake continual professional development including participating in supervision, performance appraisals and attending training as/when required.
Requirements
Qualification : Bachelor Degree in IT
Experience : Minimum 5 years of experience in IT
Knowledge :
1. Experience in support tier 2 or delivery within complex environment. In depth knowledge of computer systems, hardware and software.
2. Experience in desktop operating systems, software packaging, mobile device management and deployment tools.
3. Knowledge and experience of Cyber Security Essentials (Defender, Advanced Treat Protection, Bit-Locker.

Contract Position : 1 year (renewable based on performance and availability)

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
