Summary

Accounts Payable Executive - tasks include but not limited to performing invoice postings, recording of entries and reconciliations

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive invoices from various stakeholders, review and process them using ERP.
  • Able to process high volume of invoices and validate against the defined supporting documents.
  • Analyse discrepancies on invoices and communicate with the relevant departments to correct them.
  • Perform vendor Statement of Account (SoA) reconciliations.
  • Correspond with internal teams and vendors and respond to enquiries.
  • Any other ad hoc tasks and reporting.
  • Compliance to DNB’s policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in Accounts Payable
  • Have strong experience in using Oracle ERP (Mandatory)
  • Have strong experience telco industry (An added advantage)
  • Good Microsoft Excel skills

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 9 months

Pay: Up to RM5,000.00 per month
