Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for day-to-day credit and collection activities submit by salesman and do closing accurately
- To key in all invoices and payment received into SQL Accounting System
- Responsible to ensure accurate posting and allocation of daily receipts in the accounting system
- To give discount,debit and credit note upon request by Sales Team
- To update online payment with sales team and ensure all payment made by customer updated in system
- To assist in month end closing by ensuring petty cash tally and do reconciliation
- Conduct ageing analysis and work with sales team to ensure reconciling items and clearing accounts items are follow up in timely basis
Job Requirement
- Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Business Administrative or Finance.
- At least 1-3 years of working experience in FMCG industry or finance field.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Self-motivated with analytical skills
- Computer knowledge in Microsoft
- Fresh grad with good working attitude are welcome
- Prefer to have min 1 year working experience in account role.
- Attention to details.
- Enjoys a good working environment and accounting.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
