  • Day to day activities of accounts department
  • Maintaining daily cash/bank book & payments, invoices to ensure all necessary PO, PGR & vendors’ invoices are being authorized before payment is executed, prepare monthly bank reconciliation and vendors’ reconciliation
  • Prepare staffs’ claims & business trips reports and execute payment on timely basis
  • Prepare inter-company reconciliation report.
  • Ensure all provision / prepayment / balance sheet schedules are prepared accordingly and all data entries transactions accurately key into accounting system
  • Maintain fixed asset register and stock take on timely basis
  • Maintain proper accounting records and filing system
  • Perform any ad hoc tasks assigned by superior as required from time to time

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
