  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Scope

1. Production Planning & Scheduling

  • Assist in creating daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules.
  • Monitor and update production plans based on inventory levels and customer orders.
  • Ensure production schedules align with material availability and machine capacity.

2. Inventory & Material Management

  • Track raw materials, components, and finished goods to avoid shortages.
  • Coordinate with the purchasing team to ensure timely procurement.
  • Assist in stock checking and updating inventory records.

3. Coordination & Communication

  • Liaise with production, warehouse, procurement, and sales teams to align schedules.
  • Communicate any schedule changes, delays, or urgent orders to relevant departments.
  • Follow up on job progress and report any bottlenecks to planners or supervisors.

4. Data Entry & Reporting

  • Maintain and update planning records, schedules, and reports.
  • Generate production and inventory reports for management review.
  • Assist in analyzing production performance and efficiency.

5. Process Improvement & Problem Solving

  • Identify potential scheduling or supply chain issues and propose solutions.
  • Assist in process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives in production planning.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month

Schedule:

Ability to Relocate:

  • Leesburg, FL 34788: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:
