  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Summary of Position Accounts Payable Executive - tasks include but not limited to performing invoice postings, recording of entries and reconciliations

Roles and responsibilities

1. Receive invoices from various stakeholders, review and process them using

ERP

2. Able to process high volume of invoices and validate against the defined

supporting documents.

3. Analyse discrepancies on invoices and communicate with the relevant

departments to correct them.

4. Perform vendor Statement of Account (SoA) reconciliations.

5. Correspond with internal teams and vendors and respond to enquiries.

6. Any other ad hoc tasks and reporting.

7. Compliance to DNB’s policies and procedures.

Skills and qualifications

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance with at least 3 years’ experience

in Accounts Payable.

2. Experience in using Oracle ERP mandatory.

3. Experience in telco industry an added advantage.

4. Good Microsoft Excel skills.
