  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Your Role:

As a Solution Consulting Intern, you will assist in ensuring smooth communication between clients and internal teams while learning the fundamentals of solution consulting.

What You’ll Do:

Client Engagement & Support:

  • Assist in communicating with clients and understanding their needs.
  • Support the team in providing solutions that optimize client operations.

Solution Design & Implementation:

  • Help analyze client requirements and explore how solutions can be customized.
  • Work alongside the team to document specifications and assist in solution integration.

Pre-Sales & Market Research:

  • Learn how to present product solutions to potential clients.
  • Research industry trends and contribute insights for solution improvements.

Training & Support:

  • Help in preparing training materials for clients.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving client issues.

Project Coordination:

  • Support project tracking, ensuring timelines and objectives are met.
  • Assist in preparing reports and maintaining documentation.

What We’re Looking For:

- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.

- A problem solver with a keen interest in client solutions.

- Strong communication skills and eagerness to learn.

- Basic knowledge of project management or property management software is a plus.

This internship is a great opportunity to gain real-world experience in solution consulting while working in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Contract length: 3-6 months

Pay: RM800.00 per month
