- CNC MACHINING SERVICES & AUTOMATION SERVICES.

JOB REQUIREMENT

  • Knowledge in CNC programming and CNC machining.
  • Able to be operating of CNC milling machines.
  • Prepare CNC programming with CAD/CAM software, monitoring CNC programs and ensure accuracy of all instructions through comparison with drawing and design.
  • Setting CNC programs for new products and determine new fixture for manufacturing.
  • Able to determine correct cutting tools in order to reduce machining times, remove additional operations, improve surface finishing and enhance accuracy levels.
  • Involves in continues improvement of the department for improvement process, cycle times, quality and costly.
  • To carry out other duties and ad-hoc assignment as and when required by superior.
  • Troubleshooting issues during the manufacturing process.

Requirements:
At least 2 to 5 years of CNC milling experience.
Familiar with Mastercam.
Ability to read, understand and interpret technical drawings.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
In-depth knowledge of computer numerically controlled machine tools, precision measurement devices.
Ability to work independently and closely follow directions is essential.
