Solarvest EE is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Energy Analyst to play a pivotal role in identifying and implementing energy-saving solutions for our clients. This role involves conducting comprehensive energy audits, analyzing energy usage patterns, and recommending cost-effective and sustainable improvements to enhance energy efficiency across commercial, industrial, and municipal sectors.

Key Responsibilities

1. Energy Audits & Assessments

  • Conduct in-depth on-site energy audits to assess energy usage, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
  • Analyze utility bills, equipment performance, and operational processes to identify energy waste.
  • Utilize energy audit tools and methodologies to develop accurate assessments.

2. Solution Development

  • Propose actionable energy-saving measures, including equipment upgrades, operational enhancements, and EMS implementation.
  • Prepare comprehensive energy audit reports, detailing findings, recommendations, and projected ROI with strategic partners.
  • Provide guidance and technical recommendations for clients on implementing energy efficiency strategies.

3. Technical Support & Consultation

  • Work closely with the technical solutions team to ensure feasibility and cost-effectiveness of recommended solutions.
  • Support the Business Development team in creating proposals and delivering technical presentations to clients.
  • Stay updated on emerging energy efficiency technologies, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Communicate with stakeholders to understand their energy goals, address their concerns, and provide regular updates on project status and performance.

4. Project Monitoring & Evaluation

  • Oversee and validate the implementation of energy efficiency projects, ensuring expected savings and performance.
  • Conduct post-implementation evaluations to measure impact and optimize solutions.

5. Compliance & Reporting

  • Ensure adherence to energy efficiency act, standards and best practices.
  • Assist clients in obtaining certifications such as ISO 50001, GreenRE, and LEED to enhance sustainability efforts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Energy Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in energy audits, energy efficiency, or sustainability projects.
  • Preferred certifications: Certified Energy Manager (CEM), Registered Energy Manager (REM), Energy Auditor, or equivalent.
  • Strong analytical skills and hands-on experience with energy audit tools and software.
  • Knowledge of energy efficiency regulations, sustainability frameworks, and best practices.
