HR Intern - Payroll

Key Responsibilities:

1. Payroll Support: Assist in payroll process from start to finish, timesheet verification, data entry, and other payroll related verification.

2. Employee Engagement: Act as a point of contact for employees regarding any payroll requests, timesheet, and attendance related inquiries. Ensure timely communication and resolution of concerns.

3. Report Generation: Assist in preparing and organizing various HR reports, including payroll data, attendance records, and leave balances, for review by the HR team.

4. Insurance Record Management: Maintain accurate records of employee insurance information, ensuring data is updated and compliant with company policies.

5. Filing - P&C Data: Maintain and organize personnel and compensation data, ensuring all information is up-to-date and properly documented.

Qualifications:

· Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

· Good communication skills and the ability to engage with employees professionally.

· Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).

· Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.

Job Type: Internship
