Job Title: Operation Executive – Car Park
Location: PETALING JAYA
Reports to: Car Park Manager
Job Summary:
The Operation Executive is responsible for overseeing daily operations of the car park facility, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning, adherence to safety regulations, customer satisfaction, and overall profitability. This role involves managing staff, handling customer inquiries, and implementing operational policies.
Key Responsibilities:
Daily Operations Management:
- Supervise the day-to-day activities of the car park, ensuring efficient traffic flow and parking availability.
- Monitor and manage parking lot operations, including entry and exit processes.
Staff Supervision:
- Lead, train, and schedule car park staff, including attendants and security personnel.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to enhance team productivity.
Customer Service:
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.
- Implement strategies to improve customer experience and satisfaction.
Financial Management:
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting for car park operations.
- Monitor revenue results and implement strategies to maximize profitability.
Safety and Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and safety standards.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities, equipment, and safety protocols.
Reporting:
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on operations, staff performance, and financial metrics.
- Identify operational challenges and provide recommendations for improvements.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with other departments (e.g., maintenance, security) to enhance overall operations.
- Partner with management to develop long-term operational strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in operations management, preferably in a parking or facilities environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and experience with parking management software.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
