SALES SUPPORT EXECUTIVE
1. Manage customer accounts for the company.
2. Provide professional, friendly service and effectively communicate with customers.
3. Evaluate customer complaints, recommend corrective actions, address delayed deliveries, and handle returns (damaged/incorrect items) including processing credit paperwork.
4. Track sales leads and coordinate quotations with sales packs.
5. Track and process sales orders, ensuring they are scheduled, dispatched on time, and handling any rush order requests.
6. Assist the sales team in achieving their sales targets.
7. Set up and monitor sales processes; maintain and update the sales database as required.
8. Create performance indicators, monitor team performance, and generate reports for the Sales Manager and Sales Director.
9. Work closely with Production Planners and the Sales Manager to support daily operations.
10. Carry out administrative tasks including data input, processing information, completing paperwork, and filing documents.
11. Prepare daily, weekly, or monthly sales analysis as instructed by the Manager.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
