- SPM/Diploma in Food Science, Food Technology, or related science.
- Fresh graduates are welcomed.
· Good proficiency in written and spoken English.
· Required skill(s): MS Word, MS Excel
· Familiar with MeSTI, GMP, Halal & HACCP & certification
· Must be independent and able to multitask
Job description:
· Perform regular inspection and testing at various raw materials inspections, during the process and finished products.
· Monitor the production process to make sure that quality standards, Standard Operating Procedures, and Good Manufacturing practices are being followed.
· Ensure that all critical control points (CCPs) are properly implemented and recorded as part of the HACCP plan.
· Ensure documentation, QC related forms are recorded and updated as follows with compliance of GMP, HACCP.
· Ensure checking results compliance with specifications and take immediate action to manage non-conformance materials and finished products according to procedures.
· To assist in quality and food safety audit programs (internal and external audits).
· Report any quality or safety issues to the superior promptly.
· Ensure all the equipment in the processing and packaging line is calibrated and functioning well.
· Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with production and management.
· To perform any other job/function that may be assigned by the superior.
