JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Calendar Management:

  • Managing the General Manager's schedule by scheduling meetings, appointments, and coordinating with internal and external parties.

2. Communication/Hiring Management:

  • Screening calls, emails, and managing correspondence, prioritizing urgent matters and effectively communicating on the General Manager's behalf that includes shortlisting candidates, arranging interviews and conducting a background check

3. Meeting Preparation:

  • Preparing agendas, gathering relevant materials, taking minutes, and following up on action items from meetings.

4. Document Management:

  • Drafting and editing documents, preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence for the General Manager's review and signature.

5. Payroll:

  • Manage the backend payroll compilation from outlets, compile staff documentation & letters, and submit monthly labor cost for outlets.

6. Project Support:

  • Assisting with specific projects by conducting research, compiling data, and managing project timelines.

7. Confidentiality:

  • Maintaining strict confidentiality regarding sensitive information related to the General Manager and the company.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively
  • Discretion and ability to handle sensitive information

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
