HR Recruiter
The HR Recruiter will play a key role in managing and executing the end-to-end recruitment process. This involves identifying, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates for open positions while ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience. The HR Recruiter will work closely with hiring managers and team members to understand job requirements and organizational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:
- Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media platforms, employee referrals, and professional networks.
- Proactively search for and engage passive candidates, particularly for hard-to-fill roles.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Job Posting & Advertisement:
- Write and post job descriptions for open positions on internal and external job boards.
- Ensure job postings accurately reflect the role, required qualifications, and company culture.
Resume Screening & Initial Screening:
- Review incoming resumes and applications to identify candidates who meet the job specifications.
- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and fit for the role.
Interviewing:
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Conduct initial interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Use behavioral interview techniques to evaluate candidates' potential and competencies.
Collaboration with Hiring Managers:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
- Provide insights and recommendations on candidates to assist with decision-making.
- Provide feedback and suggestions to improve the hiring process.
Offer and Negotiation:
- Extend job offers to selected candidates and negotiate terms such as salary, benefits, and start date.
- Ensure that the offer process is handled smoothly and professionally.
Onboarding Support:
- Coordinate with HR and other departments to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
- Ensure all necessary documentation (e.g., contracts, tax forms) is completed before the start date.
Candidate Experience Management:
- Maintain a positive relationship with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Keep candidates informed and provide regular updates on their application status.
Record Keeping and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and source of hire.
- Generate reports and provide insights into the recruitment process to improve future hiring.
Employer Branding:
- Represent the company at career fairs, networking events, and college recruitment initiatives.
- Promote the organization’s values, culture, and opportunities to attract top talent.
- Ensure a consistent and positive employer brand in all candidate interactions.
- Compliance and Best Practices:
- Ensure that recruitment processes comply with employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Required Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Experience: Previous experience in recruitment or HR (1-3 years preferred).
- Skills:
- Strong interviewing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and job boards.
- Knowledge of recruitment best practices and current trends.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications: Professional certifications in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are a plus.
- Experience with specific industries or roles (e.g., tech recruiting, executive search, healthcare) is a plus.

Pay: RM3,800.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
