The HR Recruiter will play a key role in managing and executing the end-to-end recruitment process. This involves identifying, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates for open positions while ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience. The HR Recruiter will work closely with hiring managers and team members to understand job requirements and organizational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition:

  • Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media platforms, employee referrals, and professional networks.
  • Proactively search for and engage passive candidates, particularly for hard-to-fill roles.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

Job Posting & Advertisement:

  • Write and post job descriptions for open positions on internal and external job boards.
  • Ensure job postings accurately reflect the role, required qualifications, and company culture.

Resume Screening & Initial Screening:

  • Review incoming resumes and applications to identify candidates who meet the job specifications.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and fit for the role.

Interviewing:

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Conduct initial interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Use behavioral interview techniques to evaluate candidates' potential and competencies.

Collaboration with Hiring Managers:

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
  • Provide insights and recommendations on candidates to assist with decision-making.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions to improve the hiring process.

Offer and Negotiation:

  • Extend job offers to selected candidates and negotiate terms such as salary, benefits, and start date.
  • Ensure that the offer process is handled smoothly and professionally.

Onboarding Support:

  • Coordinate with HR and other departments to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
  • Ensure all necessary documentation (e.g., contracts, tax forms) is completed before the start date.

Candidate Experience Management:

  • Maintain a positive relationship with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Keep candidates informed and provide regular updates on their application status.

Record Keeping and Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and source of hire.
  • Generate reports and provide insights into the recruitment process to improve future hiring.

Employer Branding:

  • Represent the company at career fairs, networking events, and college recruitment initiatives.
  • Promote the organization’s values, culture, and opportunities to attract top talent.
  • Ensure a consistent and positive employer brand in all candidate interactions.
  • Compliance and Best Practices:
  • Ensure that recruitment processes comply with employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

Required Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Experience: Previous experience in recruitment or HR (1-3 years preferred).
  • Skills:
  • Strong interviewing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and job boards.
  • Knowledge of recruitment best practices and current trends.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications: Professional certifications in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are a plus.
  • Experience with specific industries or roles (e.g., tech recruiting, executive search, healthcare) is a plus.

Pay: RM3,800.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
