  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prepare tooling for machine setup including production manual, tooling layout, cutting & other supporting tools, gauges & programming.
  • Perform FA inspection & get approval from Quality Department personnel before handover the machine to Machine Operator for mass production.
  • Perform sample fabrication, machine setup, minor machine trouble shooting and ensuring Production Operator is doing the required machine preventive maintenance.
  • Maintain safe operations by adhering to safety procedures & regulations.
  • Maintains continuity among work shifts by documenting and communicating actions irregularities and continuing needs.
  • Confers with Engineers, Programmers, production personnel, or others to resolve machining problems.
  • Consistently display a sense of urgency in meeting all deadlines and goals, keeping in mind that quality and timeliness are of paramount importance to management and our customers.
  • Work in orderly fashion keeping work areas, benches, machinery and tools in a tidy and clean condition after used.
  • Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests, exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
  • Perform any other job functions deem necessary by Management.

AUTHORITIES:

  • Authorities to stop machine, did corrective action if finds some improper machining process or related quality matters.

COMPETENCIES:

  • Minimum Certificated or Diploma in CNC Machinist
  • 2 years experiences in related field
  • Expect in handling CNC Machine.
  • Expert in Milling or Turning of CNC Machine.

Job Types: Temporary, Contract, New-Grad
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
