Banking Customer Service Representative (Permanent Role) - Mandarin Speaker
Location: Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur (KL), accessible by MRT
Basic Salary: RM4000
Working Time: 24/7 Rotational Shift
Job Description:
- Develop excellent product knowledge to enhance customer's experience and support.
- Provide customer's guidance in order to address the concerns raised, both on the deliveries and other issues.
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within allocated time.
- Adhere to the quality process set to ensure that we are providing accurate and timely service to the customer's.
Job Requirements:
- Proficient in speaking in English
- SPM holders with minimum 1 year of experience in customer service
- Fresh graduates with Diploma and Degree are encouraged to apply as training will be provided for 1 month
- Able to work on a rotational shift
- 5 working days per week with 2 consecutive rest days off - Rest day can be on weekend or weekdays
- Comfortable to speak and assist both local and international customers
Allowances:
Fix contact centre allowance: RM200/month
Shift allowance: RM300 to RM450/month
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM4,000.00 per month
