As we expand our event portfolio, we are seeking a Conference Sales Manager to lead our sponsorship and delegate sales teams, drive revenue growth, and ensure our events continue to attract top-tier participants.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize revenue for conferences.
  • Create and manage sales budgets, ensuring profitability and growth.
  • Identify new market opportunities and expand Global Engage’s client base.

2. Team Leadership & Management

  • Oversee and build a high-performing sponsorship sales and delegate sales team.
  • Assign leads, set targets, and track performance metrics.
  • Foster a results-driven sales culture, ensuring the team meets and exceeds sales goals.

3. Training & Development

  • Hire, onboard, and train new sales staff to ensure high performance.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and support to improve sales effectiveness.
  • Implement best practices and innovative sales techniques to enhance team success.

4. Client & Internal Communication

  • Act as a bridge between upper management and sales teams, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with sponsors, partners, and delegates.
  • Represent Global Engage at industry events and meetings to enhance brand presence.

5. Sales Performance & Optimization

  • Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve results.
  • Analyze sales data to refine approaches and optimize revenue streams.
  • Ensure all sales activities align with the company’s growth objectives.

Who You Are

  • 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in conferences, events, or B2B sales.
  • Proven track record in leading sales teams and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Excellent communication and strategic thinking abilities.
