  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Title: FOH/Membership Consultant

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus, especially in the fitness or wellness industry, fresh gradates welcome.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with diverse clients.
  • Sales-Oriented: Motivated to achieve sales goals and contribute to team success.
  • Customer Service Mindset: Passion for providing exceptional service and creating a welcoming environment for potential and current members.

Job Scope:

  • Conduct Gym Tours: Guide potential members through the facility, showcasing the gym’s features, fitness programs, and membership options.
  • Assist with Sales Efforts: Support sales campaigns by promoting special offers, distributing promotional materials, and engaging with potential clients via multiple channels of communication (Whatsapp, Instagram etc.)
  • Follow-Up: Proactively follow up with leads to ensure a high conversion rate, helping to build the gym’s membership base.
  • FOH duties : Help new members transition smoothly by explaining gym policies, class schedules, and fitness programs. Checking clients in before their classes.
  • Gym Management System: Learn how to use our member management system competently & assist members with any issues they may have on the system.

Part Timer rate: RM12/hr.
