  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Duties & Responsibilities

- Provide administrative support, to generate SO / DO / INV

- Schedule delivery, liaise with logistics and driver

-Liaise with purchasing on pre and post shipment arrangement

-Maintain records of invoices, delivery note, purchase orders, payment schedules and collection

-Perform E-Invoice Upload for customers, Exp: Universities and Research Institutions, Government Agencies, Hospitals and Medical Centres

-Monitor stock level and inventory

Q2UB E-Commerce

  • Handle inquiries, order and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction on E-Commerce.
  • Track and analyze platform performance metrics and apply insights to refine strategies, improve conversion rates, and enhance user experience.
  • Ensure efficient stock management, timely fulfilment and smooth order processing.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive e-commerce strategies to increase sales and brand visibility.
  • Ensure high-quality, SEO-optimized product listings, including compelling product descriptions, high-resolution images, and accurate product specifications.
  • Implement and manage promotional campaigns, product bundling, and category merchandising.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create integrated digital marketing campaigns (e.g., email marketing, social media, paid search).
  • Leverage SEO/SEM, content marketing, and affiliate marketing strategies to drive traffic and sales.
  • Ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers, focusing on user interface (UI), user experience (UX), and after-sales support.

Required Skill(s):

  • Excellent spoken and written in English, Good communication skill
  • Proficiency in e-commerce tools, Google Analytics, and digital marketing platforms (SEO, SEM, Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook).
  • Proven ability to analyse data and extract actionable insights to shape strategies.
  • Goal-oriented, positive attitude, collaborative, proactive team player and has a desire to grow with the company.
  • A good team player and self-starter requiring minimal supervision.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in BioTechnology, Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduate in related field or 1-2 years sales experience in the relevant industries
  • Willing to start work immediately

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
