Key Responsibilities Includes:

  • Driver for effective execution of maintenance tasks to ensure best possible availability of the assets.
  • Prioritize and assign tasks so that the team’s resources are used effectively and that work schedules and targets are met.
  • Supervise, organize and control the technician workflow as well as support production priorities and improve efficiencies.
  • Manage maintenance work flow and spare parts inventory transactions using appropriate system / modules / software at site.
  • Inspect completed work to check that repairs have been completed correctly and that machinery and equipment conform to specifications and safety standards.
  • Monitor the condition of maintenance equipment, materials, parts, and tools that are used by maintenance workers in their day-to-day activities.
  • Provide last line of defense for troubleshooting to assist technicians in more complicated repairs and problems.

Qualifications required:

  • Min requirement for this position is Diploma/Degree in mechanical engineering, at least 5-year experience in coordinating job (preferably food or process industry).
  • Hand on person in technical job
  • Equipment Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance skills
  • Experience in Maintenance Management Strong Supervisory Skills
  • Ability to perform various maintenance tasks
  • Technical certification or relevant degree
  • Equipment Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance, and Maintenance & Repair skills Maintenance Engineering expertise
  • Electrical Maintenance knowledge
  • Experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Relevant certification or degree in Engineering or related field
  • PLC programming knowledge is an asset

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
