Responsibilities:

  • Assist prepare monthly closing reports
  • Knowledge of AP & AR
  • Checking daily sales
  • Prepare monthly stock take analysis
  • To assist internal and external audit matters
  • Present financial analysis
  • To control & monitor work processes and procedures to ensure compliance with company guideline & policy
  • Stock Analytic
  • Undertake any ad-hoc task when ever required by management

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a professional certificate such as degree in accounting or equivalent
  • Minimum 2-3 years' related experience in similar position
  • Mature with strong interpersonal and problem solving skills
  • Communication skills
  • Able to work independently and committed in meeting deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft excel is necessary
  • Have a good command in English in verbal and written, others language would be advantage
  • Knowledge of autocount system would be definite advantage
  • Based in HQ, Penang
