  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist in the daily operations of the pharmacy retail store, ensuring smooth workflow and excellent customer service.
  • Assist pharmacists in dispensing medications accurately based on prescriptions while ensuring compliance with pharmacy regulations.
  • Help in receiving, storing, and organizing medications and medical supplies, ensuring stock levels are maintained.
  • Attend to customer inquiries, provide product recommendations (OTC medications, supplements, and health products), and assist with sales transactions.
  • Guide customers on the usage of over-the-counter medications and health supplements under pharmacist supervision.
  • Support the pharmacist in verifying prescriptions, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Assist in online and offline promotional activities, customer engagement, and retention programs to achieve sales targets.
  • Work closely with the pharmacy team, follow instructions from the pharmacist, and continuously improve knowledge of pharmacy products and services.
  • Ensure the pharmacy operates in accordance with legal and professional requirements while maintaining cleanliness and orderliness.
  • Perform any other pharmacy-related tasks assigned by the pharmacist or management.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma in Pharmacy / Pharmaceutical Sciences or relevant qualification
  • Experience in a pharmacy setting is an added advantage
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Basic knowledge of medications, supplements, and pharmacy operations
  • Ability to work in a team and meet sales targets
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new industry trends
  • Must be willing to work in Telok Panglima Garang
  • Must be willing to work on weekends

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
