Our client, is seeking an experienced Administrative Manager to lead and optimize their administrative operations. This role requires a proactive leader with exceptional organizational and communication skills to ensure seamless day-to-day operations while supporting the company's strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily administrative operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures.
- Maintain strong interdepartmental relationships to enhance collaboration.
- Provide regular business performance updates to executives.
- Manage facility operations, including security, maintenance, and cleaning services.
- Monitor and evaluate staff performance to uphold high operational standards.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentation materials for head office and group company.
- Support the Managing Director with required documentation and administrative tasks.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven leadership with strong people-management skills.
- Reliable, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent decision-making and analytical skills.
- Broad understanding of various business functions and departmental operations.
- Strategic thinker with superior communication skills.
- Fluent in both written and verbal for English and Japanese communication.
