Recruitment Associate (Based in KL)

Key responsibilities include:

• Assist with job postings and job descriptions;
• Source and screen resumes of potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, referrals, and other recruitment platforms;
• Conduct phone and/or video interviews to pre-screen candidates;
• Profiling candidates and presenting them to clients;
• Identifying and pitching to potential clients in targeted sectors;
• Working with clients to understand their talent needs and developing effective recruitment strategies;
• Engaging with potential candidates and advising them on available roles;
• Facilitating interviews for shortlisted candidates; and
• Managing candidate relationships and conducting sales operations work.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with people from different levels and cultures;
• Flexibility and a sense of urgency;
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
• Drive and passion for head-hunting, placing candidates, and making sales;
• Ability to assess candidates' skills and match them to suitable roles;
• Good communication skills in English (verbal and written), Mandarin language skills would be advantageous; and
• Good computer skills in Microsoft Office suite.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
