Saturday 9am - 2pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Record and process financial transactions, including invoices, payments, and receipts.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
- Assist in preparing financial reports and statements.
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable tasks.
- Assist with payroll processing, if required.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations.
- Provide administrative support to the accounting department.
Requirements:
- Diploma/SPM/STPM
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SQL, QuickBooks, or MYOB) is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
