CleanHero is looking for a Business Development & Sales Lead to drive revenue, manage high-value clients, and optimize AI-driven sales automation. This role blends sales leadership, business development, and digital sales management, requiring expertise in closing deals, identifying new opportunities, and managing AI sales processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the sales team and processes to meet targets.
  • Develop and execute strategies for inbound, outbound, and digital sales.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.
  • Oversee AI-driven and human-driven sales operations.
  • Work closely with marketing to align lead generation and sales efforts.
  • Track and analyze sales performance to optimize strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.x
  • Oversee hiring, onboarding, and performance management to build a results-driven team.

Requirements:

  • Experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition.
  • Strong leadership skills to manage and grow a sales team.
  • Ability to develop and implement sales strategies for revenue growth.
  • Knowledge of digital sales tools, CRM, and automation.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Results-driven, proactive, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
  • Willing to travel for meetings and business expansion (as needed).
  • Must be able to work Saturdays or Sundays (if required).
