Job Purpose

The Marketing Assistant supports marketing efforts by coordinating campaigns, managing social media, preparing quotations, and collaborating with the operations team to enhance clinic visibility and patient engagement.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns.
  • Manage and update the clinic's social media platforms and website.
  • Create and distribute promotional materials, such as brochures, newsletters, and online content.
  • Coordinate events, health talks, and community outreach programs.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and patient needs.
  • Assist in monitoring and reporting on the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
  • Prepare quotations for marketing-related services and promotions.
  • Liaise with the operations team to ensure smooth execution of marketing activities and events.
  • Maintain relationships with media contacts and handle public relations efforts.

Required Qualifications

  • Education - Minimum SPM qualification.
  • Experience - 2 years of experience in content creation.
  • Knowledge - Proficient in social media management and basic graphic design.
  • Skills - Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Affect - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor, appropriate for representing the clinic in public-facing roles.

Preferred Qualification

  • Previous experience in healthcare.

Working Condition

  • Standard office hours (Monday - Friday 8.30am-5.30pm), with some flexibility required for event coordination.
  • Office-based with occasional travel for events or community outreach.

Job Type: Full-time
