1. Marketing Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain UReach Malaysia online marketing platforms, including Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and the official website.
  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns such as paid advertisements, content marketing, and short video creation to boost brand visibility and inquiries.
  • Analyze marketing data to provide optimization recommendations and improve conversion rates and inquiry volume.
  • Collaborate with mkt department to create high-quality marketing materials (e.g., posts, videos).

2. Sales Development

  • Arrange client meetings or product demonstrations to showcase product features and applications.
  • Regularly follow up with potential clients to convert inquiries into actual sales.

3. Additional Tasks

  • Assist in participating in exhibitions or industry events to enhance brand recognition.
  • Provide regular progress and market reports to the company, offering strategic recommendations.

Ideal Candidate Requirements

1. Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in marketing or sales (preferably in IT, electronics, or semiconductor industries).

2. Skills (Better to have)

  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO analytics).
  • Basic data analysis skills to optimize marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication and sales skills to build strong client relationships.
  • Proficiency in English and Malay; Mandarin is a plus.
