Lead and Inspire the Sales Team
- Serve as a role model by demonstrating exemplary professionalism and sales performance.
- Guide and mentor team members to improve their sales closing techniques and overall performance.
- Guide and train team members by providing hands-on support, personalized mentorship, and structured learning opportunities that develop their skills, enhance performance and foster professional growth.
Team Management
- Monitor and ensure team discipline, maintaining a professional and productive work environment.
- Set clear sales targets and work with team members to achieve and exceed them consistently.
Team Development
- Identify and nurture potential talent within the team.
- Provide opportunities and guidance for sales personnel to progress to sales roles and eventually transition to branch.
Daily Operations Oversight
- Conduct daily team briefings before the branch opens to align on goals and tasks for the day.
- Oversee and manage branch operations throughout the day, including opening preparations, smooth operations during business hours, and efficient day-end closing procedures.
Market Merchandising and Strategy Execution
- Analyze and implement effective strategies for promotions, pricing, and product displays to attract and retain customers.
- Ensure proper stock control and inventory management to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize losses.
Reporting and Communication
- Prepare accurate and comprehensive daily performance reports for higher management.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve branch operations and sales outcomes.
- Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U or any field.
- Candidate at least 3 year(s) in a managerial role (team leader, supervisor or manager) in retail or sales industry.
- Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Proven Leadership Skills with experience managing a sales team.
- We only looking for candidate who willing to work extra miles to ensure own and team members sales target achieved.
- 6 working days a week, willing to work shifts, 9am to 4pm or 3pm to 10pm.
- Possess transport for traveling and willing to relocate if necessary.
- Working Location: Pertama Complex, Bandar Seri Putra, Bandar Baru Bangi, Eco Majestic Semenyih, Bandar Botanic Klang, Kota Warisan Sepang, Sungai Besi and etc.
