Tasks & responsibilities- Assist in handling a portfolio of accounting clients including small-medium enterprises and multinational companies.
- Maintain and update the Accounting Management Files from time to time.
- Monitoring operations, assisting, and processing purchase orders, invoices, delivery orders, and related documents if required.
- Develop and maintain a filing system and administrative support to various clients
- Assist in the daily operation of the audit department and related administrative matters
- Assist to handle a full statutory audit assignment.
- Assist in preparation of audit reports and presentations on audit findings and recommendations.
Qualifications & experience- Experience is not essential, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Candidate must possess at least Certificate / Vocational / Diploma
- Language required: English and Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in Mandarin will be added as advantage.
- Able to travel around various client’s office to perform accounting job if required.
- Candidates with accounting experience and knowledge in AutoCount, SQL and UBS will be an added advantage
- Able to multi-task and work independently
